Papar

it is a thin, round, and crispy wafer made from lentil flour, It is seasoned with spices like: 

Black pepper ,Cumin, Asafoetida (hing) ,Chili, Garlic

At the time of serving, papads can be:

  Fried,  Roasted over an open flame , Microwaved

🔹 How It’s Eaten:

• As a starter or side dish with  meals

• With chutneys or pickles

• Crushed and added to chaats or salads

• Paired with rice and dal
